Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for following relief/reliefs:
"The present writ application being filed on behalf of the petitioners for direction (s) upon the respondents authorities to issue his original certificate of B.A./B.Sc. (Hons.) in different subject as petitioners had already passed the said examination finally, however till date the aforesaid original certificate have not been issued in favour of the petitioners as such aforesaid action of the respondents are illegal, arbitrary, discrimination and colourable exercise of petitioners."
The Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that in terms of counter affidavit and the regulation do not provide for repeated examination therefore question of announcing the result of the repeated examination is not warranted.
This Court in identical matter in CWJC No. 6640 of 2021 decided on 23.11.2021. For no fault of the petitioners and on default of the College and University, the University has to announce the result. In the light of the aforesaid decision, accordingly, the respondent University is hereby directed to announce the result of the petitioners within a period of four weeks.
