Heard Mr. Sidhant Dwibedi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate (AGA) appearing for the Opposite Parties-State.
This is an application filed by the Petitioner for extension of time as the arbitration proceeding could not be completed in terms of the time as stipulated under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned AGA has submitted that the Opposite Parties will have no opposition to the prayer for extension of time to complete the arbitration proceeding.
Having regard to the averments of the Petitioner, I extend the time for a period of three months from today for completing the arbitration proceeding. It is made absolutely clear that no prayer for further extension of time will be entertained by this Court.
In terms of the above, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
A copy of this order be served on Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned AGA forthwith.
