ORDER
Ld. Counsel Mr. S. Sathiyanarayanan for the RP/Applicant appeared before us through Video Conferencing today.
IA/406/2020 is taken up for hearing. CIRP process was commenced by the Order of the Adjudicating Authority dated 06/09/2019. 180 days of CIRP period ended on 04.03.2020. In the 7th CoC meeting held on 02.03.2020, it was decided to seek extension of CIRP process for another 90 days from 05.03.2020.
Hence, this application is hereby allowed extending 90 days of CIRP period from 05.03.2020.
Accordingly, this IA/406/IB/2020 is allowed.
