Judgment
ORDER
This application has been filed for the change of Liquidator by Shri. V. Duraisamy. It is stated that sole member of the CoC has resolved to replace the Liquidator since till date SCC has not been constituted.
The Liquidator states that she has been paid the remuneration. She submits that she wanted to file the application for early dissolution but later she wanted to get the forensic audit conducted which was objected and for this reason, this application has been moved for replacement. She submits that the petition under Section 241-242 was also disposed of by the Court.
The Liquidator however submits that she has no objection as to her replacement.
Having considered the above facts and submissions and no objection and that there is a consent by Shri. V. Duraisamy to act as a Liquidator, we therefore appoint Shri. V. Duraisamy to act as a Liquidator bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00609/2018-2019/11862 whose AFA is valid upto 31.12.2025 (email ID: [email protected] to complete the balance liquidation process. He is directed to take steps which are required in the best interest of the Corporate Debtor. The erstwhile Liquidator is directed to hand over the charge to the new Liquidator within a week from today.
