This RA is filed with a prayer to review the order in OA.3406/2017. Four OAs were disposed of through common order dated 16.02.2021. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that OA.3406/2017 is on a different aspect altogether and infact, the OA was not there in the list on that day.

Having regard to the facts, the RA is allowed and OA.3406/2017 shall stand deleted from the common order.
