R.K. Merathia, J.—Mr. Mukhopadhyay, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that by letter dated 12/13.11.2009 (Annexure 8), Petitioner has been asked to produce the recent survey khatiyan for considering his request for reemployment of Petitioner No. 2.

Mr. Mehta, learned Counsel appearing for the B.C.C.L. on the other hand submitted that the said letter relates to the revisional survey khatiyan of the lands offered by the Petitioners initially and additionally. He further submitted that certain other informations/ documents were also sought, and in the absence of the required documents it is not possible to consider the claims of the Petitioner.

From the letter dated 12/13.11.2009, it appears that the Petitioner was directed to produce certain documents/revisional survey khatiyan etc. for considering their claims of compensation/appointment. Now it is for the Petitioner to produce the required documents.

On this Mr. Mukhopadhyay submitted that Petitioners will produce the required documents.

In view of such stand of Mr. Mukhopadhyay, no further order need be passed in this writ petition.

Needless to say that if Petitioners produce the required documents, the concerned Respondents will decide their claims in accordance with law as early as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of furnishing of the required documents by the Petitioners.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claims of the Petitioners.

With these observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
