Judgment

Heard Md. Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Issue notice, returnable by 29.07.2021.
Mr. Y. Ashang, learned Public Prosecutor (PP) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The learned PP prays for granting some time for filing
objection.
As prayed for, list these cases again on 29.07.2021, in the meantime, in the event of the petitioners being arrested by the Police in connection with the
F.I.R case, they should be released on interim bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- each with one surety each to the satisfaction of CJM,
Thoubal. This interim bail is subject to the following conditions:-
(i) All the petitioners should cooperate with the Police in the investigation of the case and they should appear before the concern Police Station as and
when they are called for in connection with the investigation of the case.
(ii) They should not leave the State of Manipur without obtaining leave from the CJM, Thoubal.
