Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The Petitioner has filed the writ petition with the following prayer:
It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this writ petition may kindly be accepted and a writ of certiorari may kindly be issued and impugned act of the Respondents detailed in the body of the writ petition which as per Petitioner amounts to executive inaction on their part, may kindly be quashed and set aside, with further prayer for issuance of a writ of mandamus thereby directing Respondents particularly Respondents 1 to 3 to have correspondence with their counterparts in the State of Punjab and by fixing date mutually agreeable, boundary dispute qua which details are given in the body of the writ petition, may kindly be ordered to be demarcated and survey marks may kindly be erected in the interest of law and justice.
We find from Annexure P-4, communication from the Deputy Commissioner, Kangra at Dharamshala that the matter is to be resolved between the two Governments, on the initiative taken by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. There will be a direction to the first Respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action to see that the dispute is given a quietus and needful in this regard shall be done within a period of three months on the production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of, and so also the pending applications.
