Judgment
This is the application filed under Section 22(2) of I&B Code for confirmation of Mr. Satyendra Prasad Khorania having registration No.IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00002/2016-17/10002, Email Id. [email protected] and contact No. 9352132134 to act as RP. The erstwhile IRP Mr. Rajiv Sharma whose name was suggested by the applicant while filing this application is to be replaced with the present name suggested by the CoC and approve Mr. Satyendra Prasad Khorania to act as RP. Form AA written consent of the RP is also annexed along with the declaration and certificate of registration. Learned counsel in compliance of the order dated 11.07.2019 has filed the voting sheet being the Ballet paper showing the voting in favour of the said appointment of RP at Sr. No. 2 of the voting Ballet paper, by both the CoC members and the said resolution is approved by 100 per cent voting of the CoC members. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel and documents placed on record and the records placed complying the statutory provisions, the application is allowed. Appointment of Mr. Satyendra Prasad Khorania is confirmed as RP. Application is allowed and disposed off in terms of above order.
