ORDER
IA 3377 of 2022:- Adv. Naveli R for the Applicant and Mr. Aayu Saxena for the Corporate Debtor are present through virtual hearing. The above IA is filed for an order regarding withdrawal of the main CP which was inadvertently missed in the order dated 15.09.2022 I.A 2226 of 2022. On 15.09.2022 a mere order of disposal was passed in IA instead of passing comprehensive order disposing of both IA 2226 of 2022 as well as the main CP 743 of 2022. Accordingly, the above IA is allowed and, both the IA and the main CP stand disposed of.
