O R D E R

List has been revised, but nobody appears on behalf of the applicants to place the matter. However, Mr. Rajni Kant Rai, learned counsel for the respondents is present.

Under the circumstances, the Court has no option, but to dismiss instant Misc. Application No.2546/2024, filed for condonation of delay for want of prosecution as per Rule 15 (1) of Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987. Accordingly, instant Misc. Application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
