O R D E R
By Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Joshi, Member (Judicial):-
List has been revised, but nobody appears on behalf of the applicant to place the matter. However, Mr. Raj Pal Singh, learned counsel for the respondents is present.

The matter is of 2015.

Under the circumstances, the Court has no option, but to dismiss instant case for want of prosecution as per Rule 15 (1) of Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987. Accordingly, instant Original Application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
