Judgment

The applicant has filed the present OA, seeking the following reliefs:-
"i) Direct the Respondents to grant the maternity benefits to the applicant w.e.f. 13.10.2017 till 11.4.2018 under the Maternity Benefits Act,1961;
ii) Direct the Respondents to release the salary to the Applicant against the period of her entitled maternity leave w.e.f. .13.10.2017 to 11.4.2018 on the basis of working days of the school @Rs.1,445/- per day with consequential benefit with interest @9% per annum till realization of payment:
iii) Pass such other order or further order/orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice in favour of the applicant."
Today, counsel for the applicant admitted that as per the amended Maternity Benefits Act, leave from 23.11.2017 to 11.04.2018 has been sanctioned. We have also seen the certificate of the respondents issued on 19.07.2019 whereby all the dues/amounts in respect of the applicant were cleared on 16.05.2019 by the Govt. Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya, Delhi, which has been admitted by the applicant himself.
Hence, in view of the above factual position, nothing remains to be decided in this OA and the same is accordingly dismissed as it has been rendered infructuous. No order as to costs.
