Heard both sides.
Limited grievance made by the petitioner is to the effect that her appeal Ext.P5 is pending for adjudication before the 2nd respondent and the same
should be heard expeditiously as the petitioner want to travel to Kuwait and her visa is expiring on 08.09.2021.
The learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents submits that the appeal can be directed to be decided within a period
of one month.
Considering the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner is reportedly pending before the 2nd respondent and as the petitioner has to travel to
Kuwait and her visa is expiring, the writ petition is ordered as under:
The 2nd respondent is directed to decide the appeal at Ext.P5 within a period of one month from today by following due process of law. The petitioner
be communicated the result of disposal of Ext.P5 appeal. The learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents to
communicate this order for compliance to the 2nd respondent. The parties to act on authenticated copy of this judgment.
