This is an application filed by the Collector, Puri.
Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he should be permitted to obtain the copy of the video clippings in the pen drive submitted as per order dated 20th September, 2021.
For the reasons stated therein, the IA is allowed.
Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to obtain a copy of the aforesaid video clippings in a pen drive from the Registry.

A disturbing scenario has been presented to this Court both by the Affidavit dated 12th November 2021 of the Collector, Puri as well as the video clips presented to the Court by the villagers of villages Patanasi and Kadakani area in Krushnaprasad Tahasil through the learned Amicus Curiae (AC). The video clips shows that as of this morning the illegal prawn gherries which had purportedly been demolished by the Enforcement Team on four occasions i.e. 9th October, 1st and 2nd November and 8th November 2021 have, with impunity, been re-erected.
The Court orders that with the help of the police platoons exclusively meant for this purpose, the Collector, Puri will ensure that the illegal prawn gherries shown to have been erected in the video clips placed before the Court today, a copy of which will be handed over to Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State today itself, are demolished, latest by noon tomorrow 17th November, 2021. The Court must be shown photographs/video clips that this order of the Court has been implemented.
The Court in the meanwhile also has been shown copy of the FIR No.138 dated 5th November 2021 registered at Krushnaprasad P.S. District Puri. The S.P., Puri as well as the Collector and ADM, Puri shall remain present in virtual mode tomorrow to explain the current status of the said FIR and whether the persons named as accused therein have been enlarged on bail as informed to the learned AC. If indeed bail has been granted, the orders granting bail also be produced before this Court.
The S.P. and Collector, Kendrapara shall also remain present this Court in virtual mode tomorrow to apprise the Court of the status of implementation of its orders.

A copy of this order be communicated to the S.P. and Collector, of both Puri and Kendrapara forthwith by the Registrar General.
An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules forthwith.
