Judgment
We have heard Shri Prakash Shah, the learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Vishal Kanade, the learned counsel for the respondent on Misc.
Application No. 59 of 2020 through video conference. Certain documents are sought to be brought on record which could not be placed before the
Adjudicating Office. According to the appellant these documents have a bearing to the ultimate result of the appeal. This application has been opposed
vehemently by the learned counsel for the respondent contending that adequate reasons have not been provided as to why the documents could not be
produced earlier. However, considering the nature of the documents and on the submissions made at the bar, the learned counsel for the respondent
has sought a brief adjournment to take necessary instructions from the respondent. We accordingly adjourn the matter today.
Put up this matter for further consideration tomorrow i.e. on September 3, 2020 at 11.30 a.m.
