Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that petitioner submits that the petitioner participated in the selection process pursuant to advertisement No.05/2024 dated 09.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) and submitted application through website vide application form dated 18.08.2024 (Annexure P-2). Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection if a direction is issued to respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the representation dated 28.07.2026 (Annexures P-7), by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the representations dated 28.07.2026 (Annexures P-7), by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The decision so taken shall be duly communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
Needless to say, if the petitioner is found entitled to the relief sought, the same be granted forthwith by respondent/competent authority.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stands disposed of.
