Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners, who have joined seeking directions upon the authority, to give them benefit under "Madhu Babu Pension Yojana". He points out from annexure-1 series, being sanction order, his clients are serial nos.366 at page 11, serial nos. 18 and 19 at page 12, serial nos.113 and 114 at page 16 and serial nos.116, 122, 124, 125 and 131 at page 17.

Mr.Basu, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and relies upon the counter to submit, petitioner nos.1, 2, 3 and 7 are ineligible being below age of sixty years. Others are eligible. Mr. Mishra, responds by drawing attention to annexures to the rejoinder to demonstrate from them, those petitioners alleged to be ineligible have submitted Aadhar and voter IDs to show that they are eligible as being above sixty years. He further draws attention to annexure-3 in the rejoinder to show that by order of Governor, one of age proof documents could be either Electoral Roll or Aadhar ID.

It is recorded that all petitioners are found to be eligible for the pension, including petitioner nos.1, 2, 3 and 7. There must be disbursement of sanction, from date of sanction, on re-verification of age proof documents already submitted. The disbursement must be made within six weeks from date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
