Judgment

I.A. No.27 of 2020 and I.A. No.469 of 2021
Mr. Patnaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, reliefs prayed for by his client have been obtained in the meantime. She has also retired. He draws attention to annexure-M/3 in I.A. no.469 of 2021 to submit, the consequence of sanction of the relief was confirmed, inter alia, by the annexure being memo dated 4th September, 2021 for giving effect and disbursal. This his client sought for by letter dated 24th September, 2021 (annexure-M/3). He prays for direction for giving effect resulting in expeditious disbursement.
Mr. Acharya, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of Department and submits, steps are being taken.
Court appreciates that the authorities have sanctioned the relief sought. It is expected there will be action taken and disbursement within six weeks of communication of this order.
The writ petition along with the applications are disposed of.
