Judgment
It was submitted on behalf of the Petitioner in B.P.No.226 of 2019 namely Reachnet SSS Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. along with Reachnet Cable Services Pvt. Ltd. who are Respondents in the remaining matters respectively that they shall be filing their Reply in the connected matters during the course of the day. So far as objection to the Audit Report is concerned, one week's further time is prayed. The time as prayed is allowed subject to the cost imposed earlier.
It was submitted on behalf of Discovery Communication India Ltd., newly added Respondent No.2 in B.P.No.226 of 2019 that they intend to file a Reply as they are new authorized agent of Warner Media India Pvt. Ltd. It was further submitted that earlier no Reply has been filed on behalf of the Warner Media India Pvt. Ltd. In light of the prayer made by the newly added Respondent No.2, one week's time is allowed for the same. The Petitioner may file Rejoinder, if any, within four weeks thereafter. Let the matter be listed for directions on 10th May, 2023.
