Judgment
Prayer was made on behalf of the respondent for extension of time by four weeks for filing reply on the ground that some of the employees in the respondent company are sick and thus reply could not be prepared for want of
instructions.   Prayer was opposed by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner and it was prayed that in case time is granted, it must be by way of last opportunity.  Keeping an eye on the surge in the number of Covid cases, I
feel it to be premature for granting the opportunity as last to any of the parties.   Four weeks time, as prayed for, is granted to the respondent to file reply.  Petitioner may file their rejoinder, if any, within three weeks
thereafter.   It was further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter relates to recovery and hence no further adjournments be granted in future so that interim prayers may be made before the Hon’ble Bench.  Further
extension of time, without any reasonable ground, be subject to cost.   List the matter on 20th May, 2021 for
