Judgment
It is an Application filed by the RP for withdrawal of the Petition filed by the Operational Creditor under Section 12A of the Code. RP submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the Petitioner and the Corporate Debtor and the settlement terms entered into between them.

Request for withdrawal of the Petition allowed and the C.P. is closed. Consequently, RP is discharge and the board of the Corporate Debtor is revived.
In view of the withdrawal of this Petition under Section 12A, pending Applications, if any, are dismissed as in fructuous.
