Judgment

[1] Heard Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. CH. Sundari, learned GA for the State respondents.
[2] Since the impugned order dated 16th July, 2019 has been passed by the respondent No.2, the Chief Executive Officer, ADC, Chandel. Even after receipt of notice, the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 have not appeared before this Court.
[3] This Court noticed that in some writ petitions which were already filed before this Court, the respective ADCs have not appeared before this Court. Similarly, in this case also the impugned order dated 16th July, 2019 has been passed by the respondent No.2, the Chief Executive Officer, ADC, Chandel and the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 have not appeared even after receipt of the notice.
[4] Therefore, the respondent Nos.2 & 3 by namely, the Chief Executive Officer(CEO), Chandel ADC and the Chairman, Chandel ADC are directed to appear in person before this Court on 19.09.2022 at 10:30 am.
[5] Post this matter on 19.09.2022 as first item.
[6] Earlier interim order is extended till then.
[7] Registry is directed to issue summon to the respondent Nos.2 & 3 by namely, the Chief Executive Officer(CEO), Chandel ADC and the Chairman, Chandel ADC today itself.
