Heard Mr. M. Rakesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Issue notice in both the writ petition as well as the application.

Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Maria, learned counsel entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1 and hence, no formal notice is called for in respect of the said respondent.

Petitioner is to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 by way of speed post service. Steps should be taken within one week. Petitioner is to file affidavit showing proof of service of such notice.

Mr. M. Rakesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to inadvertence, the petitioner has committed a mistake in the prayer No. 2 of the present writ petition with regard to the date of the meeting which was held on 08-11-2022 instead of 08-11-2023 and as such the learned counsel prays for allowing him to make necessary correction.

Prayer is allowed.

Correction should be done during the course of the day.

List these cases again on 14-06-2024.

Prayer for passing interim order will be considered on the next returnable date.
