1.

The applicant states that she has been engaged as District Programme Manager (South) in the Integrated District Health Society, South District, the 2nd respondent herein. She intends to challenge an order dated 04.09.2020 through which the respondents terminated her service w.e.f. 31.08.2020 on account of not reporting to duty despite repeated communications. Various other grounds are urged by her.

2.

We heard Shri Pushpinder Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel for the respondents, at the stage of admission.

3.

A serious question as to jurisdiction arises in this O.A. The applicant is an employee of 2nd respondent, which is just a society registered under the Societies Registration Act. Added to that, it was not notified under the relevant provisions of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act. Therefore, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to entertain the service matters pertaining to the 2nd respondent.

4.

The O.A. is accordingly disposed of, leaving it open to the applicant to pursue the remedies, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
