Judgment

By way of the instant writ petition, a challenge has been put to the examination conducted by the respondents wherein the petitioner was denied appointment to the post of Warrant Officer due to being declared unfit on account of Complete B/L posterior, dissoclusion of teeth.
In the course of proceedings, in order to ascertain the correctness of the said examination, this Court by order dated 19-06-2024, had directed the respondents to conduct a review medical examination to ascertain the exact dental condition of the petitioner. The said review medical examination was then conducted and by a report dated 01-08-2024, the writ petitioner had been declared fit in the said examination. Copy of the communication dated 16-08-2024, substantiating this fact has been produced by learned DSGI and the same is taken on board and made part of the record.
In view of the changed circumstances and developments, the respondents are therefore directed to act upon the report and afford employment to the writ petitioner if found fit within a period of three months from the date of this order.
With the above direction, matter stands closed and disposed of.
