After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant wishes to withdraw the present Original Application with liberty to file a fresh Original Application with better particulars.

Prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant is accepted and the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present Original Application with liberty as aforesaid.

Accordingly, the Original Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
