Judgment
Sandeep Sharma, J
While placing on record communication dated 27.5.2023 issued\ under the signatures of Director, Urban Development, Himachal Pradesh, learned Additional Advocate General states that the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, stands duly complied with.
Having perused the aforesaid communication as well as documents annexed therewith, this court finds that services of the petitioner, who has now expired, have been regularized from due date and consequential benefits stands calculated by Secretary, Nagar Panchayat, Narkanda.
Since factum with respect to death of the petitioner is in the knowledge of the respondents and they have sought permission to release the amount in favour of legal heirs of the petitioner, this court, while disposing of the petition at hand, directs the respondents to release the amount, as detailed herein above, in favour of legal heirs of the petitioner, as per their entitlement, by remitting the same in their bank accounts, details whereof shall be furnished by them within ten days.
In view of above, the petition stands disposed of.
