Judgment
Present petition has been filed by petitioner-Ranbir Singh, inter alia, praying for a writ in the nature of certiorari, to quash order dated 03.10.2019 (Annexure P-1).
Respondent No. 5 has passed order dated 03.10.2019 whereby sale of the property mentioned therein has been confirmed.
In this case, notice of motion was issued on 18.12.2019.
Today on resumed hearing of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs. 5 lacs with respondent No. 7. He further contends that if respondent No. 7 would inform as to what is the remaining outstanding amount, they are ready and willing to deposit the remaining amount also before the next date of hearing.
Meanwhile, on deposit of remaining amount if the petitioner makes a representation, respondents shall consider and pass a speaking order.
Respondents are directed to maintain the status quo till further orders (as above).
Writ petition, is disposed of accordingly.
