At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Accordingly, the instant MCRC is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, learned trial Court is directed to make all endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.
