From perusal of the record, it transpires that the applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in MCRC No. 5976/2026, vide order dated 07.07.2026. Hence, this second bail application.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant would fairly submit that the trial is at an advanced stage and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
