This second appeal has been preferred against the impugned judgment & decree dated 16.12.2011 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Sarangarh, District Raigarh in Civil Appeal No.1-A/2011.

Earlier on 07.08.2026, none appeared on behalf of the appellants and even today also, when the matter is called for hearing twice, none appeared nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellants; therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, this second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
