Per Parth Prateem Sahu, J :

No one appears, nor any representation was made on behalf of the appellant, even when the case is called for hearing in the second round.

Earlier the case was listed on 17.02.2026, 15.06.2026, 10.07.2026, 31.08.2026 and 22.09.2026. On above dates also no one appeared on behalf of appellant to represent the case.

In view of above circumstance, in absence of any representation, it appears that appellant lost interest in prosecuting this appeal and therefore, this Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
