Judgment
The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has not been afforded the benefits of A.C.P., to which he is entitled and which has been paid to other similarly situated persons.
The petitioner joined as Press Fly Boy in the Gulzarbagh Press, Govt. of Bihar, Patna on 04.05.1981 and retired on 31.10.2015 as a Machine Man. The A.C.P. scheme was made to the employees of the Gulzarbagh Press, but the petitioner, who is entitled for the same, has not yet been given such financial benefits. Because of this, even the pension of the petitioner has not been fixed properly.
A representation has also been made by the petitioner before the Superintendent, Gulzarbagh Press, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, but no action has been taken in that regard.
The petitioner therefore, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a detailed/fresh representation before the Superintendent, Gulzarbagh Press, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 4) within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of such representation, shall verify the facts and if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
