Shri Nilay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that the appeal filed on 23.11.2021 is still pending before respondent No.2 and the same has not been decided till today.

Learned counsel for the applicant also submits that his grievance would be redressed if a direction is given to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal dated 23.11.2021 of the applicant within a time bound manner and requests to dispose of this OA at this stage.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that no such appeal is pending nor it is maintainable.

We have considered the rival submissions and gone through the entire record.

However, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping this O.A. pending. Accordingly, the Appellate Authority/Respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the appeal dated 23.11.2021 (if appeal is still pending) of the applicant within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The order so passed shall be communicated to the applicant without any delay.

With the above direction, the OA is disposed of. No order as to costs.

All associated MAs also stand disposed of.
