The present OA has been filed by the applicant seeking a direction to the respondents to grant all the consequential benefit in view of the
respondents’ order dated 05.02.2020 wherein the respondents have treated the period of uspension i.e. 03.07.2000 to 07.06.2015 as period spent
on duty for all intents and purposes with consequential benefits including allowances.
It is an admitted case of the applicant that after this order dated 05.02.2020 (Annexure A-5), the applicant has not even preferred any
representation to the Competent Authority.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicant to ventilate his
grievances before the Competent Authority by making an appropriate representation.
Permission is granted and the OA is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Pending MAs, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall
be no order as to costs.
