Judgment
MA No. 297 of 2021 has been preferred for condonation of delay of approximately six months in preferring this appeal against an order passed by the Adjudicating Officer, Govt. of Gujarat, Science and Technology Department in Special Civil Complaint No. 08/2019 vide judgment dated 31.03.2021.
Having heard the counsels for both the sides and party in person for respondent no. 9 and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in this MA and also looking to the order passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India for condonation of delay during the period of Covid - 19, there are reasonable reasons for condonation of delay. We, hereby condone the delay in preferring this Cyber Appeal. This M.A. is allowed and disposed of.
The appeal is admitted.
Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1, 6 and 7 are seeking time. Similarly, party in person who is appearing for respondent no. 9 is also seeking time and to file written submissions. Time, as prayed for, is granted.
As nobody appears for other non appearing respondents, fresh notice shall be served upon them.
