The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition to direct the respondents to take necessary action on petitioner's complaint dated 21.05.2026.

For the reason, there is a forgery of document by the rival party, the said complaint has not been attended by the police so far. Therefore, this writ petition is filed.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the complaint sent by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police has been received by the second respondent even in the month of May, 2026 and is pending for 3 months and the petitioner approached this Court. As directed by the learned Government Advocate, now the police has issued summons to the petitioner as well as to the rival parties under Section 94 of the BNSS, asking the petitioner as well as the rival parities to appear before the second respondent police on 05.09.2026. Having the second respondent did not attend the petitioner's complaint for more than three months and on 01.09.2026 the respondent fixed the hearing date on 05.09.2026.

Recording the above latest position, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and take a better decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. And if any case made out against the rival parties proceed further in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
