This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent to supply information sought by the petitioner vide Annexure P1.
Learned counsel for respondents submits that as per the directions of the Central Information Commission, the entire information was supplied to the petitioner. He further submits that in the writ petition there is no challenge to the orders of the appellate authority. He fairly submits that in case the petitioner comes to the office of Respondent No.2-The Superintendent of Post Office, Kapurthala, on a working day, he can inspect the record and copies of the documents asked for by the petitioner qua him would be supplied.
Learned counsel for petitioner in view of statement of learned counsel for respondent submits that no grievance survives thereafter.
The petition is disposed of.
Let petitioner appear in the office of respondent No.1 on 27.3.2022 at 11:00 AM.
Since the main case has been disposed of, pending application, if any is rendered infructuous.
