Judgment

On 11.02.2026, this Court had passed the following order:-
“1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s sole grievance pertains to the non-supply of information sought at Point No.4 of the application (Annexure P-1). It is contended that the State Information Commissioner, vide the impugned order dated 19.12.2019, has erroneously observed that the aforesaid information is available on the website. However, the link furnished to the petitioner is non-functional, and the said information is not accessible on the website.
For the limited purpose of ascertaining whether the petitioner has, in fact, been supplied with the information sought at Point No.4, notice be issued to the respondents No.2 to 4 only at this stage.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.3 and 4 has filed a written statement dated 22.03.2026, accompanied by Annexures R-3/1 to R-3/5, which is taken on record. A copy of the written statement has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
After perusing the written statement and on instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner purveys satisfaction that the desired information has been supplied and, therefore, no cause of action survives for adjudication in the instant writ petition.
In view of the above, no further directions are required to be passed, and the instant writ petition is closed.
Disposed of accordingly.
