This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking modification in the order dated 27.01.2023 passed in MCRC No. 3111/2023.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that aforesaid MCRC No.3111/2023 has been preferred on behalf of two petitioners i.e. Gomda and Rama and this Court vide order dated 27.01.2023 has allowed the aforesaid MCRC, but the order so passed is only in regard to petitioner No.1 i.e. Gomda. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for modification in the said order.
On perusal of the record of MCRC No.3111/2023, the submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be correct. The said MCRC No.3111/2023 has been filed by Gomda and Rama.
Accordingly, it is directed that order dated 27.01.2023 granting bail to petitioner Gomda shall also be treated for petitioner Rama (Rama S/o Shri Krishna Banjara, aged about 31 years, R/o District Ashoknagar) on the same terms and conditions.
With aforesaid, this MCRC is disposed of.
A copy of this order be kept in the record of MCRC No.3111/2023.
