Judgment
The complain is with regard to investigation in relation to the death of the child of the petitioner.
A report as called for by the order dated December 13, 2017 filed in Court be kept with the record.
The report demonstrates that in spite of a notice under Section 91A of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has not complied therewith.
Be that as it may, the police authorities will facilitate the making of a statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. by the petitioner. In the event, materials are disclosed in such statement, which have not been investigated into by the police authorities, the Investigating Officer will look into the same. The petitioner will also cooperate with the Investigating Officer and respond to the notice under Section 91A of the Cr.P.C. adequately.
