The petitioners have been preferred this writ petition making

the following prayer :-

"A. By an appropriate writ, order or direction the writ petition filed by the petitioners may kindly be allowed. B. By an appropriate writ, order or direction the State Government as also the concerned police authorities of District Hanumangarh i.e. respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may kindly be directed to provide protection/security to the petitioners. C. By an appropriate writ, order or direction the respondent No. 4 to 7 may kindly be directed to restrained from taking illegal action against the petitioners. D. By an appropriate writ, order or direction the learned concerned Magistrate may kindly be directed to record statements of petitioners under Section 164 Cr.P.C. E. Any other appropriate writ, order or direction, which this Hon''ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners."

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on an

overall consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case,

this Court deems it proper to direct the petitioners to appear

before the Superintendent of Police, Hanumangarh who shall hear

the grievance of the petitioners, and if necessitated, provide

adequate security and protection to the petitioners.

Consequently, this writ petition is disposed of.
