Judgment
ORDER (ORAL)

This Original Application has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking the following relief(s):
“(a)Direct to respondent to pay the amount of arrear which arose on fixation & revision of pay w.e.f. 01.01.2016 and thereafter fixed the revised pension.
(b)Direct to the respondents for pay the amount of Running Allowances & Over Time Allowances for the period of year 2017.
(c)Direct to respondents to pay the 12% interest on the above said payment as delay interest.
(d)Pass any further such order which deem fit and proper in the interest of the applicant.”
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant will be satisfied if Annexure A-1, i.e., impugned representation dated 23.09.2021 is disposed of by respondents/ Competent Authority in a time bound manner.
Learned counsel for the respondents is also present.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, without going into the merits, the OA is disposed of, at the admission stage itself, with a direction to the respondent No. 1 to dispose of the pending representation dated 23.09.2021 of the applicant, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Liberty is also granted to the applicant to prefer a detailed representation, if so advised, in addition to the aforesaid representation within a period of one week from today.
The OA stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
There shall be no order as to costs.
