In the present OA, the applicant has challenged order dated 11.09.2020 (Annexure A/1) vide which his appointment for the post of SI (Executive)

in Delhi Police Examination, 2017 has since been cancelled. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that the impugned order has been passed by the

respondents in mechanical manner and without taking into consideration the grounds taken by the applicant in reply to the Show Cause Notice issued

by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the applicant also submits that the claim of the applicant is covered by a catena of judgments of this Tribunal as well as those

of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. However, he admits that the applicant has not exhausted the administrative remedy.

In the aforesaid background, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to file a comprehensive

representation to the competent authority under the respondents for redressal of his grievance. Permission is granted.

OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant as aforesaid. No costs.
