Heard Ms. Harvinder Oberoi, learned additional standing counsel for the respondents.
This is yet another case filed by the same individual who has instituted about 200 proceedings before this Tribunal and other fora just to satisfy his ego.
The applicant is working as a Teacher in a Government School under Delhi Government. He is a visually challenged person. He made online application dated 05.02.2016 to the respondents requesting them to furnish certain information. Alleging that the respondents did not act on the representation, the applicant filed OA No.330/2016 before this Tribunal. The OA was disposed of by directing the respondents to pass speaking order on the representation of the applicant. The respondents, on their part, passed order dated 20.05.2017 informing the applicant about their stand on the various points urged by him in his representation. Challenging the same, the present OA is filed.
The grievance of the applicant is about the facilities that were required to be made to the physically challenged employees. In a detailed manner, the respondents have indicated the measures that have been taken to comply with the guidelines framed by the government from time to time. It is also mentioned that there are two more physically challenged teachers working in the same institution, and that they never made any complaint in this behalf. The applicant is pestering the administration on every small and trivial issue. We do not find any merit in this OA. It is accordingly dismissed.
