The applicant filed OA No. 3742/2018 claiming certain reliefs. The OA was disposed of on 04.07.2019, directing that it shall be open to the applicant to make a representation and that the respondents, in turn, shall pass an order within two months.
This CP is filed alleging that though the applicant submitted a representation, the respondents did not pass any order.
Today, it is reported that an order was passed on 27.10.2020 on the representation of the applicant. With this, the order in the OA stands complied with.
We, therefore, close the contempt petition. If the applicant is still having any grievance, vis-a-vis the order dated 27.10.2020, it would be open to him to pursue the remedies, in accordance with law.
