Heard on the question of admission. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for a direction to the respondent authorities to conduct an investigation into the death of the petitioner''s son Satish Vishwakarma.

The respondents have filed a return and have stated that pursuant to the report lodged by the petitioner, a morgue intimation was registered at Police Station Shahpur, District Rewa and after investigation a final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mouganj on 17.8.2009 as no crime was found to have been committed.

In view of the aforesaid, as the final report has already been filed by the respondents, after investigation, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition which is accordingly disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail of any other remedies available to him under law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of. C.C. as per rules.
