Heard on the question of admission. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for a direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate action on the FIR lodged by the petitioner at Police Station Tamiya, District Chhindwara. It is alleged that the petitioner''s husband was infact murdered by certain persons.
The respondents have filed a return and stated that the body of the petitioner''s husband was found near the nala. It is stated that the police registered a morgue intimation No. 4/2012 and the matter is under enquiry u/s 174 of the Cr.P.C. before the concerned authority, who has sent the viscera and other parts of the body for examination.
In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, as it is clear that an enquiry u/s 174 Cr.P.C. is pending before the authorities, and therefore, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the enquiry u/s 174 of Cr.P.C. in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible after hearing the petitioner and also take into consideration her statements made in the aforesaid enquiry.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of. C.C. as per rules.
