Judgment
Heard the parties.
The present application, under Section 19(4) of the Family Court's Act, has been preferred against the order, dated 07.10.2015, passed in Maintenance Case No. 183(M) of 2012, by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna,
whereby, he has allowed the interim maintenance @ Rs. 5,000/- per month in favour of opposite party No. 2 and Rs. 2,000/- per month in favour of opposite party No. 3.
The present application cannot be maintained in view of interim nature of the order.
Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has, however, submitted that the petitioner intends to go for one time settlement.
The petitioner shall have the liberty to take this plea before the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, in connected Maintenance Case No. 183(M) of 2012.
If petitioner does so, the Court shall pass necessary orders in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, this application stands disposed of.
